Welcome to the Everyone Goes Home® Firefighter Life Safety Initiatives Advocate Program Portal. This website provides Advocates with important information about program operations and access to program documents. The portal may also be used to communicate with, ask questions of, and share experiences with your fellow Program Advocates.
Tracking Your Advocate Life Safety Sessions
After you complete each Firefighter Life Safety session, it is important that you promptly submit the online Advocate Tracking Worksheet while the information is still fresh in your memory. The Advocate Tracking Worksheet is what allows the program staff to monitor the progress and benefits that result from the program. Please take your time to ensure that the answers are thoughtful and accurately represent what happened at the session.

Notification and Invoicing
At the end of each week that you have completed one or more Life Safety sessions, you may submit an invoice. Please download the following form, fill it out with the relevant information about your session and the amount you are billing, and return it by email to: Linda Stone.

Logging the Results of the Firefighter Participant Surveys
After you have completed the Advocate Tracking Worksheet, you will be asked to enter the results of each of the Firefighter Surveys that were distributed to session participants. It should take only a minute or two to enter each form returned from participants. You will be redirected here after submitting your Advocate Tracking.
